In 1995, she was offered by Messrs. Anuar Hong & Ong to start a branch at Petaling Jaya where she was responsible for the establishment and the supervision of the said branch. She was subsequently made a partner in 1997. During the years when the Petaling Jaya branch was first established, Molly was actively involved in expanding the firm’s scope of practice which included consumer/commercial banking, conveyancing, property development and commercial joint ventures. She was and is still currently actively involved in conveyancing, consumer/commercial banking as well as in handling project works from various developers and landowners. Molly withdrew from Messrs Anuar Hong & Ong in June 2006 and joined the Firm as a partner of in July, 2006.

With over 20 years of legal practice, Molly has vast experience in private sales, auction sales, project sales (in development projects), tenancies, leases for residential, commercial, industrial and estate properties. She had also handled civil litigation matters such as banking litigation and debt recovery. Since her partnership with the Firm, Molly has expanded the Firm’s banking portfolio and handled loans for various banks, both commercial and consumer banking, including Islamic financing. As part of the Firm’s reorganization in January 2022, Molly now heads the Conveyancing and Loan Working Group at the Firm’s branch in Block C, Damansara Intan.
